    St. Mary is currently developing a 53-unit housing community for seniors in Portsmouth, Ohio. Portsmouth Senior Lofts will feature 39 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom units priced between $318-$725 per month, based on income. The building, located at 813 Campbell Avenue, will open in July 2022.
